How to add multiple time zones on a Mac

If you often interact with people who live in other time zones, then it's quite difficult and inconvenient to find out how much time they have now.

On the Mac, you can use the World Clock widget, but this is not the best solution because it does not show what half of the day is in another zone or what day it is.
It is most convenient to add time to the menu, where it will always be in a prominent place.

In the Mac App Store, there are many programs that will help to do this. We will tell you about the Menubar Clock program, which costs only $ 0.99. It is simple, but it does its job well.
After downloading the program, you can open it and configure it as you like.
First, you need to select the first additional time zone. Just click on the menu with options and select the desired region or city. It is inconvenient that there is no search in the program, but this does not hurt if you are not going to change your belts very often.
When you select the first time zone, you can choose how it will be signed. This can be the name of the city or the name of your friend/colleague who lives there.
If you need more time zones, you can add two more. Just put a checkmark next to them and configure the same.
Time will immediately appear in the menu, you do not need to restart the computer.
In the program settings you can also select the following:
  • Automatic launch of Menubar Clock
  • Displaying a signature near the time
  • Display seconds
Here are two options that you can configure. The upper one shows the signature and the day, and on the bottom one - only time.
At one time it looks better, but if you add several time zones at once, it's better to sign them.
As mentioned above, there are many available programs, the best of them:
